Count characters
-Open document in Word
-Click "Review" tab
-Click "Word Count" in the proofing section
-The window which opens displays the numbers of characters with and without spaces. You will want to use the number of characters without spaces for calculation.
Calculation
Number of characters divided by 1000, multiplied by 79.- CHF
Example
2'133 characters : 1000 x 79.- = 168.50 CHF

-Select text (press CTRL + A)
-Insert text to a Word file einfügen (press CTRL + V)
-Calculate price as per above example (Word file)

-Open file
-Select text (press CTRL + A)
-Insert text to a Word file einfügen (press CTRL + V)

Original copy / image
Unfortunately electronic word count does not work for an image file or original document.
It would be too time-consuming to manually count characters, for that reason, the rate of 90.- CHF per page applies.
